Brookfield will be starting surface maintenance repairs within Phases 5 (see map). Repairs will be starting the end of April / early May. The City of Calgary requires Brookfield to complete repairs as part of the development. A City of Calgary Roads Inspector will identify the concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters that need to be either replaced or lifted with spray paint markings. Brookfield’s contractors will proceed with repairs. The Road Inspector will inspect the concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter that was replaced or repaired and once approved Brookfield’s contractor can proceed with the last lift of asphalt paving on the roads. The surface maintenance process typically takes 2 months to complete, weather permitting. Brookfield’s contractors will be providing a notification letters to residents within the phase, they endeavour to cause as little disruption as possible and we appreciate your patience during this time.
