2023 Annual General Meeting

This package includes the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Association, the Meeting Minutes of the AGM held on September 21st, 2022 the Report of the Board of Directors, the Audited Financial Statements for the 2022-23 fiscal year, Information Circular, and a Proxy Form.

Please review the information above and plan to attend the AGM or send your proxy form in as indicated.  The AGM is being held at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday September 20th, 2023, virtually through Zoom. Residents who plan on attending the AGM must pre-register on www.symonsgate-connect.com prior to 5:00pm on Monday, September 18th, 2023 to obtain the meeting link. The meeting check-in will begin at 6:45pm and the meeting will begin promptly at 7:00pm, any late arrivals will be unable to attend once the scrutineers report has been delivered.
