CALGARY, Alberta – April 17, 2016 – Brookfield Residential has been recognized by its industry peers for its commitment to building great communities and homes at the 2015 CHBA-UDI Calgary SAM Awards. The CHBA-UDI SAM Awards, now in its 29th year, celebrate and acknowledge the innovation and excellence in Calgary and area’s residential construction industry.
Brookfield Residential was humbled this year to accept four awards, including New Community of the Year (Symons Gate), Best Billboard (Auburn Bay Red Chair), Best Villa/Duplex up to $374,999 (The Cadenza in Auburn Bay) and the Professional Home Builders Institute New Homebuyers’ Choice Award for Multi-Family 150+ possessions.

Albi Homes, Brookfield Residential’s recently acquired luxury homes division, also received recognition from the industry with one award for Best Sales and Information Centre – Attached, in Auburn Bay. Brookfield Residential acquired Albi Homes, a leading luxury homebuilder in Calgary, in November 2015.
