The 2026–2027 Symons Gate Homeowners Association Encumbrance Fee packages were sent out today.
✔️ Email delivery for residents with an email address on file
✔️ Mailed copies for those without an email address on file
💳 Fees are due April 1, 2026
Payment options include:
- E-transfer: feepayments@symonsgate-connect.com
- In person: debit, credit card, or cheque
- By phone: 587-391-6239 (credit card)
- Online: www.symonsgate-connect.com
⏳ Grace Period:
Residents have a 30-day grace period to make payment. To avoid additional late fees, please ensure payment is received before May 1, 2026.
